From college bars in Minneapolis to kitchen-brewed experiments in Dehradun, we’ve always chased flavour, not formulas. In 2012, we decided enough was enough. So we built Doon’s first craft brewery with one simple rule:
Hops. Malt. Yeast. Pure Himalayan Water.
Nothing else. Nothing fake. Nothing you can’t pronounce.
